We are looking for an experienced DEI Manager to join us on a fixed-term contract basis to support ANZ’s DEI agenda, working with local leaders and both the APAC & Global Centers of Excellence to design/develop and deliver initiatives aligned to the DEI and People plans. The role will also be responsible for leading select APAC regional DEI projects and providing input to Global DEI initiatives aligned to ANZ business.

**The Opportunity**
- Responsible for driving the DEI agenda for ANZ and ensuring alignment with Global, APAC and ANZ people plans.
- Refine the DEI strategy to develop, deliver and implement diversity programs and initiatives tailored to ANZ.
- Collaborate with ANZ Talent Management to design and deliver learning & culture programs supporting DEI outcomes and with the Communications Team to ensure visibility and promotion of DEI activities.
- Develop key metrics to measure the performance of DEI initiatives.
- Engage with external stakeholders to establish collaborative partnerships beneficial to ANZ business and enhance DEI programs.
- Engage and influence internal stakeholders to agree on agenda, program deliverables, strategic outcomes, timelines, and implementation strategies.
- Lead sector-specific DEI initiatives as needed and represent ANZ in sector and global meetings where applicable.
- Manage policy, compliance, and accreditation requirements for ANZ's diversity programs, including reporting to organizations such as the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA), FlexCareers, Family Flexible Workplaces for Australia and Gender Tick and EEO reporting for NZ.
**About You**
- Demonstrated experience across the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) portfolio, including Gender, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander Agendas.
- Experience creating and delivering programs in a similar role.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field is preferred.
- Strong project and process management capability.
- Confident presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and written skills.
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously, focusing on delivering results.
- Champions diversity of thought, style, and perspective.
- Demonstrates sensitivity and awareness of cross-cultural implications in business or initiatives.
- Ensures systems, processes, and practices reinforce The PepsiCo Way.
