**YOUR ROLE**

As the Executive Manager, Strategic Resource Management, you will develop and execute Retail Insurance Australia's (RIA) strategic workforce plan, proactively manage resources, and enhance people capabilities across contact centres and key strategic programs. With a strong focus on exceptional customer service, you will ensure that the NRMA customer value proposition is delivered while meeting compliance obligations.

You will own the strategy, processes, and tools to provide strategic Workforce Management and Optimisation (WFM&O) services, enabling RIA to accurately forecast resources to meet current and future customer needs. Additionally, you will drive best practices, appropriate talent utilisation, simplification, and automation for performance management, aligning with IAG’s requirements and adapting to external changes.

By integrating performance reporting and demand management capabilities, you will evolve reporting and insights for demand, capacity, and resource management. Leveraging strategic tools and self-service capabilities, you will inform decision-making across RIA.

This role also focuses on optimising IAG’s operational resources to meet strategic priorities, working closely with senior stakeholders to foster innovation in frontline and customer management.

This permanent role is based in Sydney.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Extensive experience in Workforce Planning & Optimisation (WFP&O), Demand Management, and offshore partnerships, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong experience and knowledge of the General Insurance industry and its value chain.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management expertise.
- Ability to work effectively within a functional model, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate strategies into tactical plans for successful implementation.
- Experienced in building and optimising team performance and capabilities.
- Skilled in building partnerships and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.
