**An exciting ongoing opportunity has become available for a Manager, Executive Talent, Resourcing & Mobility to join the Department of Customer Service in our People and Culture, Talent Acquisition & Onboarding team.**

**About this role**
- The role is a key part of the Talent and Onboarding Leadership team within the People & Culture function, leading a team of talent and mobility specialists to develop and deliver modern, inclusive and innovative talent strategies.
- As the Manager of the Executive Talent, Resourcing and Mobility team, you will quickly develop an understanding of the Department of Customer Service’s values and recruitment policies and procedures.
- You will grow and develop strong relationships internally and externally with the customer at the centre of everything you do. Engaging with and influencing key stakeholders at an Executive level during the recruitment process is a must. You will be an enabler of change with a solutions and delivery focused mindset, whilst ensuring you are a true and trusted partner to your stakeholders.
- Your exceptional people leadership skills and customer engagement skills will continually bring out the best from a team of SMEs in an innovative, dynamic and values-based environment, whilst driving strategic talent objectives for the department.
- The key to your success within this role is your ability to build positive, collaborative, and trusted relationships with your customers and to lead a team of passionate Talent practitioners.
- As a People Leader you will enjoy providing and receiving feedback to help you and your team develop and grow. A Leader willing to ask for help when they need it and offer it when others need it (even when they don’t ask).

To be successful in this role you will possess a great blend of skills, including:

- A customer centric mindset with an extensive background in the recruitment industry
- Experience leading a team to achieve strategic business outcomes within a complex and dynamic organisation
- Ability to analyse data and provide insights to contribute to talent strategies
- Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills to provide support to senior stakeholders across the department
- Ability to develop team members to maximise their potential including assessing professional developmental gaps within the team and utilise interventions such as mentoring and coaching to maintain and improve a successful and skilled recruitment team
- Experience developing and executing recruitment strategies at the Executive level that meet diversity and inclusion objectives

- Ability to translate data insights to support strong decision making
