KOSEC – Kodari Securities is seeking a Human Resources Manager to drive talent acquisition, engagement, performance management, and organisational development as we expand nationally and internationally.

About the RoleAs Human Resources Manager, you will lead KOSEC's HR function, working directly with senior leadership to attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent. This role involves overseeing the full employee lifecycle, leading strategic workforce planning, and ensuring compliance with all HR policies and employment regulations.
You'll play a vital role in shaping KOSEC's workplace culture while building a resilient, performance-driven team across departments such as investment banking, asset management, research, media, and operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Strategy & Leadership
- Own and lead the end-to-end recruitment and selection process across all departments
- Design and implement strategic workforce planning aligned to business goals
- Proactively source high-performing talent through platforms like LinkedIn and industry networks
- Lead leadership hiring, succession planning, and diversity initiatives
Organisational Development & Culture
- Design and execute onboarding, induction, and leadership development programs
- Foster a high-performance, values-driven culture that aligns with KOSEC's vision
- Plan and manage internal HR initiatives, including engagement, retention, and reward strategies
- Champion a collaborative, inclusive, and motivating workplace environment
Performance & People Management
- Oversee implementation of structured performance frameworks, KPIs, and employee reviews
- Support managers in performance coaching, development plans, and training initiatives
- Monitor and drive accountability through consistent feedback and performance analytics
Compliance, Policy & HR Operations
- Maintain up-to-date HR policies and practices aligned with Australian law and financial services regulation
- Provide counsel on employee relations, workplace conduct, and investigations
- Ensure legal compliance, risk management, and documentation accuracy across all HR functions
- Manage HR records, contracts, payroll coordination, and benefits administration
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner in a corporate or financial services setting
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and performance frameworks
- Demonstrated leadership in recruitment, performance management, and culture transformation
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related discipline (postgraduate or HR certification desirable)
