**YOUR ROLE**

Reporting to the Executive Manager, Compliance, and Risk you will work as part of a collaborative team who are located all over Australia. You’ll provide compliance SME risk advice and challenge as you oversee the implementation of fit for purpose Regulatory and Compliance frameworks and polices to ensure IAG complies with regulatory requirements.

This role is a permanent role, ideally based in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, or Brisbane.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Extensive experience/5 years+ in a Risk, and / or compliance function
- Strong experience with regulatory and legislative frame works including interaction with and influence of external regulators and industry bodies
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proven ability to observe regulatory change and translate into an internal environment
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
