**YOUR ROLE**

Step into a key role with IAG’s Group Risk Compliance & Regulatory Engagement team as a **Principal, Regulatory & Compliance Principal.**

As Principal, you’ll work closely with the Executive Manager to strategically coordinate and enhance engagements with Australian state-based regulators and internal stakeholders. Your efforts will ensure IAG stays ahead of regulatory expectations, positioning us for success now and into the future.

This is a permanent role based in **all major cities in Australia.**

**ABOUT YOU**
- Tertiary qualification/s in business, projects or legal with demonstrated business experience
- Previous experience in leading regulatory, assurance, risk and / or compliance functions within financial services.
- Highly organised, with high attention to detail and forward planning whilst working autonomously across a variety of duties.
- Ability to influence wide stakeholder group in course of action and to write papers for senior executives and the Board
- Previous regulatory engagement and management experience
