_Whale Logistics (Australia) Pty Ltd is looking for a full-time Customer Service Manager._
- We are looking for an individual with advanced computer skills and knowledge to join our ever-growing company._
- You will need to be able to manage, motivate and develop staff providing customer services. We require that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships. It is essential that you are a rapid learner that can identify improvements, develop and review policies, procedures, programs concerning customer relations and services provided._
- You will feel confident in recruiting, providing direction and feedback for team members. As well as managing a team, you will be expected to liaise with organisations outside of the company, service agents and customers to identify and respond to customers’ expectations._
- After liaising with the appropriate people, it will then be your responsibility to ensure the planning, implementing and after sales services. This will include you doing a thorough follow up of customer satisfaction and if needed to modify and improve services provided._
- You will be expected to have high organisational skills and be calm and productive under pressure. Further, it will be expected that you have a relevant Diploma and at least 2 years’ experience in a customer service role and be confident in your experience of overseeing a team. You will be fluent in both Mandarin and English and capable of undertaking your role in both languages._

Our preference is that this role will operate from our Sutherland Office.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
