This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-respected and reputable insurance builder as a Customer Support Specialist.

The key function of the role will be to provide support to clients, deal with customer queries and direct them to appropriate team members, enter new claims and manage the administration inbox.

**You will need to**:

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders by phone or in person
- Create new jobs as they are received and review claim details
- Read and understand general company documents / Document reports and correspondence
- Calculate and document complex transactions
- Issue trade requests to the relevant trades
- Review new job requests from insurance companies to identify those that may be eligible for a virtual assessment (VA) and schedule eligible VA's
- Provide IT and system support as assigned by management and Directors
- Follow up on outstanding job requirements, including customer scope returns, trade requests and invoices

A critical component is to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers in every interaction and have the ability to remain calm and understanding with customer and client interaction.

**Ideally you will have experience with**:

- Answering incoming calls, listening attentively to fully understand the caller’s enquiry and directing the call to the most appropriate people
- Use Microsoft Office Suite and Google Maps or similar
- Support the safe and efficient running of the office through greeting guests
- Monitoring and replenishing stationery supplies
- Taking deliveries and sorting mail and filing

We are looking for people with a positive attitude who are committed and interested in learning and understanding pre-repair workflow including submission of claims.
