**About the role**

You will be joining a motivated and high performing team. Based in our Perth office the **Project Administrator** works closely with our Project Managers & Engineers to provide administrative support. This critical role will be busy and varied within this professional environment.

As the **Project Administrator** your tasks will include the following:

- Assist with maintenance of systems, tools (e.g. WorkDay) & procedures
- Project billing, invoicing, and debt collection activities
- Provide regular and accurate reports to the Project Manager
- Coordinate travel and promotional activities as directed by the Project Manager
- Occasionally assist the project team with other tasks

**About You**

You will be a highly self-motivated individual, ideally with strong administrative experience in a Project Delivery environment (ideally Engineering & Design) and bring to the role:

- ability to learn, assess problems, and identify potential solutions
- ability to quickly learn and use new software
- strong skills with Microsoft Excel and Word
- ability to clearly communicate with stakeholders
