**Business Transformation Lead**

**Hybrid**

**6 Months Contract**

**$1250 p/day + Super**

Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced '**Business Transformation Lead**'.

**Key Criteria**:

- Lead the planning, design, development, and implementation of the business transformation stream for all people management services in scope of the program, from first point of contact to final delivery of advice and solutions, using a human centered design approach.
- Work in close partnership with service owners and service contributors across the department as well as the Service Experience team to understand the current services provided and the way in which services are delivered to the business
- Lead the redesign of each service, associated business requirements and detailed business processes, as well as the implementation of new operating models and frameworks for the delivery and support of each service, bringing in the voice of the customer to identify opportunities to improve service quality and efficiency
- Foster a culture of business led transformation across the program, working closely with other workstream leads (including technology) to ensure that activity and decision making is led through a business-transformation lens with alignment to the service designs and business processes.
- Lead the procurement processes to prepare, identify, evaluate, select and manage a supplier to deliver business and service transformation services to the program.
