Established in 2012, Complete Credit Solutions is an Australian-owned and operated business specialising in the acquisition and servicing of consumer accounts, including credit cards, personal loans, and car finance.

Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Lead to drive transformative initiatives within our business. This role will be pivotal in identifying opportunities and leading change across our business to ensure effective solutions are implemented to enhance our collections performance.

**As a Program Lead, your role will entail**:

- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business practices and procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing innovative solutions to streamline operations and increase efficiencies.
- Lead and facilitate initiatives collaborating with key stakeholders, external vendors, and teams to ensure seamless adoption of new strategies, processes, and technologies.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems, tools, and methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering measurable improvements.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, IT, and senior management, to understand requirements, communicate changes, and drive consensus towards solutions that meet business needs.
- Establish and maintain a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to identify trends, monitor performance, and implement strategies for ongoing enhancements.

**About you**:
The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, ideally in collections or financial services, with proven experience in successful delivery of change initiatives. In addition, you will have:

- Proficiency in project and change management methodologies, tools and software
- Relevant certifications such as a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) are desirable
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable plans to improve collections performance
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels, and collaborate across departments to achieve shared objectives
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing projects from inception to completion, managing timelines, resources, and delivering on project goals
