**About the role**

We currently have a full time Receptionist position based in our Adelaide practice. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for face to face patient interactions and delivering a professional, efficient and personalised service from patient arrival through to processing accounts, scheduling appointments and responding to general patient enquiries.

**About you**

Professionally presented with exceptional service and strong time management skills, you will be reliable, punctual and self-motivated with a great work ethic. You will also contribute to a cohesive team environment and perform well in a fast-paced practice. Previous experience in a dental or medical administrative position is essential and extensive experience processing accounts and booking appointments in a busy practice is required. Current knowledge of Medicare and DVA would also be advantageous.
