Dental Receptionist

We are seeking an experienced Dental Receptionist for general reception and administrative duties on a part time basis. The role also has the potential to become full time in the future.
This role includes
- managing patient invoices and HICAPS
- taking phone calls
- answering patient queries and liaising with dentists/hygienists
- following instructions and established procedures for tasks
- occasional Dental Assisting duties if needed
- working with other teammates to ensure smooth running of the practice
Only applicants with dental experience will be considered for this position.
Days required at this stage are Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays - however this may be increased in the future. Start and finish times will be negotiated on commencement by mutual arrangement.
We welcome applicants who are motivated and have initiative, to join our friendly and professional team. We pay above award rates.
Bath Street Dental Practice is a well-established general dental clinic in suburban Adelaide.
We run a busy 5 chair surgery and operate 5 days per week (no weekend work).
