The role

This role is supporting the administrative side of the business. Your duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Provide day-to-day project and administrative support.
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and financial tracking.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Support compliance, quality, and audit requirements.
  • Organise training, onboarding, and staff support activities.
  • Promote safety standards and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold company values.

About you

  • Construction or similar industry experience
  • Proven administration experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Flexibility with a willingness to learn and take on challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
