**About the Role**:
We’re seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented **Sales Operations Coordinator** to support the day-to-day execution of sales and administrative processes across our online furniture retail operations. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of sales activities, accurate product data, and timely order management across our channels, including Marketplaces and online store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform product specification checks to ensure all product listings are accurate and up to date.
- Generate invoices for all Dropship orders, and process credit claims for customer related claims.
- Coordinate and manage customer claims for replacement parts, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Confirm container landings and support inbound stock reconciliation.
- Maintain and update daily stock lists across all platforms by capturing both store and dropship sales.
- Remove discontinued items promptly from Marketplace and webstore to maintain up-to-date catalogues.
- Collaborate with internal warehouse teams to support smooth sales execution and reporting.
- Customer claims resolution via marketplaces.
- Proactively engaging marketplace buyers for positive customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales operations, e-commerce, or administrative coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling product data and invoicing.
- Proficiency in Excel and cloud-based inventory tracking tools (e.g., OneDrive, Google Sheets).
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $59,654.29 - $149,507.71 per year
