Role Summary
This position is crucial in supporting our student enrolment process, administrative operations, and engaging with students, parents, and tutors to ensure smooth and effective center management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Superior Customer Service & Engagement: Provide friendly and professional support to students, parents, and visitors. Address inquiries, provide information on class schedules, and offer exceptional customer service to foster positive relationships.
- Enrolment Assistance: Support the enrolment process for new and returning students, ensuring that enrolment flow is followed and all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, preparing materials for students and staff, and maintaining student records.
- Operational Coordination: Assist in coordinating operational activities, including ensuring smooth class schedules, maintaining educational resources, and supporting various internal functions.
- Marketing & Promotion: Help with the creation and distribution of marketing materials and support promotional efforts, including social media and website content.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work alongside the Operations Manager, Marketing Specialist, and Centre Receptionists to ensure smooth operations across both locations.
**About you**
**You will bring**:
- Experience in Administration or Customer Service: Previous roles in administration or customer service, preferably in an education setting.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to interact with students, parents, and staff effectively and professionally.
- Strong Organizational Skills: A detail-oriented and efficient approach to managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Marketing or Promotional Experience (preferred): Experience in content creation or promotional activities, particularly within an educational context.
- Tech Savviness: Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and an ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing or completed tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field are highly desirable.
