A HRBP role for a logistics company based in Mascot, paying up to $140k base

You will be joining a global logistics company based in Mascot.

**Your new role**

Are you a seasoned HR professional with a deep understanding of unions and employee relations, and a passion for driving positive workplace dynamics? I am seeking a results-driven Human Resources Business Partner to join our logistics company and play a pivotal role in maintaining harmonious relationships with unions while fostering a productive work environment. Other responsibilities will include:

- Act as the primary point of contact for union representatives, handling negotiations, grievances, and dispute resolution
- Provide guidance and support to managers on labor-related matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and programs that promote a positive and inclusive work culture
- Take part of global projects
- Be the first point of contact for all HR matters, and act as the ambassador of the department

**What you'll need to succeed**

Being a skilled HR professional with a solid background with unions and employee relations will lead you to success, as well as:

- Experience working in a business partnering capacity within a blue-collar environment
- A tertiary qualification human resources, employee relations, or in a similar field
- Demonstrable experience dealing with employee relations, grievance handling and performance management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with different levels of stakeholders
- Having a can-do attitude and the ability to work autonomously
- Unlimited and full time working rights in Australia
