An autonomous Business Partner position taking responsibility for a whole manufacturing site

**Your new company**
Your new organisation is a food manufacturing business, who has been operating for close to a century and continues to be one of Australia’s fastest growing brands in its category. A position has been created in one of their locations in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne, for a HR Business Partner to take over responsibility of the HR function for that site.

**Your new role**
Your new role will see you manage a broad range of responsibilities, supporting the site of approximately 100 with the end-to-end HR function. This will include:

- Providing educated advice to staff on HR-related matters
- Recruitment, management of labour hire and support of people strategy
- End-to-end ER including conflict management, performance and wellbeing
- Culture, engagement and retention
- Ensuring existing policies and procedures are streamlined and updated as necessary

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be successful in this position, you will:

- Have previous experience working in a similar position at a Senior Advisory or Business Partner level, within a manufacturing environment
- Have exceptional people skills, be able to advise and influence stakeholders, and manage conflict and dispute cases professionally
- Be competent in the HR function, and able to work in a relatively autonomous position taking full responsibility for your site
- Have experience working in a unionised environment
