A great opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to take the step into their first Business partner position

**Your new company**
Your new organisation is a global IT company of over 500+ employees, providing industry-specific support to well-known brands. Based in Melbourne’s south-east, the company are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team in a full-time, permanent capacity.

**Your new role**
Your new role will see you responsible for providing end-to-end HR support, as well as expertise, advice and recommendations to the Australia and New Zealand businesses, in collaboration with the wider People & Culture team.
This will include, but is not limited to:

- Recruitment and onboarding
- Culture, engagement and retention
- Reward and recognition
- Compliance, policies and workplace agreements
- Performance, conflict resolution and dispute management

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role, you will have experience working in a generalist HR Advisory or junior Business Partnering role, and have the drive to take on the challenge of bigger responsibilities in this position. You should have a good understanding of, and be able to implement, end-to-end processes relating to all areas of the HR function, including that of local employment law and principles. Above all, we are looking for someone who will bring an energetic and engaged attitude to the role in order to encourage their career development in the company.
