We have a new and exciting full time opportunity to become a **Territory Manager/Sales Executive **working for our client partner, **SPC** As an Australian-based Company, **SPC **specialises in the manufacturing of high-quality fruit and vegetables. Their product range includes canned Fruit, Tomatoes, Baked Beans, Spaghetti, Purees and more
Working in the **Independent Grocery space**, you will be responsible for driving Client market share and category performance through ownership of in store promotional programs and increasing store sales results through opportunity-based selling.

**Tasks and responsibilities**
- **Timely and informative communication** of Client strategies and promotions to key stakeholders
- **Sell** in new products and **upsell** all promotions
- **Manage **your own **weekly call planner** ensuring call effectiveness and efficiencies
- **Drive sales growth** through On Shelf Availability (OSA) and Over & Above implementation
- **Report** accurate data upon the completion of each visit
**About you**
- Previous **retail sales** experience within **FMCG** (particularly Independent Grocery stores) highly desired
- Previous experience as a **Sales Representative, Merchandiser** or **Territory Manager (Essential)**:
- Demonstrated ability to **deliver against KPI’S**:
- Self-motivated, confident, energetic**, tenacious** & enthusiastic
- **Attention to detail** & takes full accountability of personal results
- Ability to **influence & negotiate**:
- Excellent **time management**, organizational and communication skills
