**The Firm**
Our client is a busy boutique commercial law firm, who practice a broad range of law including commercial law, litigation, property, building & construction, debt recovery and more. As the firm are growing, they are seeking a Practice Manager to step in and assist in the running of the business.

**The Opportunity**
You will provide managerial support and guidance to the operational side of the business, manage the day-to-day running of the practice including Human Resources. This role will be reporting to the Managing Partner who is known for his supportive and friendly approach. The team consists of a small team of amazing Lawyers and Law Clerks/Paralegals and Legal Assistants.

**Typical duties include -**
- Overseeing accounts receivable and payable (in conjunction with accounts clerk)
- Trust accounts
- Coordinating IT
- Overseeing and managing precedent development
- HR recruitment and induction
- Develop and manage workflows
- Evaluate training programs
- Manage business functionality
- Assist in implementing strategy
- Liaising with external business consultants
- Assist with other general duties

**About you**
This role would suit a Practice Manager / Office Manager / Office Coordinator who has experience in a similar role working for a law firm. In this position you will work with a close-knit team who show a genuine interest in you and your career.
