**Our Opportunity**

To support our continuous growth, the Galintel team are seeking an experienced Account Manager to help develop new business opportunities. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will support existing customers and expand upon the existing resellers/fabricators network. This position is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Derrimut, VIC.

Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:

- Maintain sales coverage across all relevant customers through effective Territory Call planning and account management principles.
- Ensure all customers understand all relevant product and service offerings, including both off-the-shelf (stock) and fabricated lines.
- Identify and action sales opportunities with existing reseller accounts.
- Achieve KPI’s and targets, including budgeted sales and product and territory segment revenue.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business by providing ongoing support and staying on top of existing customer requirements.

**The Right Person**

This position is ideal for a Sales professional with experience in the construction industry, that is motivated by building new relationships out on the road. To be considered for this opportunity, the right person will have:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the construction or heavy engineering industry.
- Strong business and commercial acumen with a passion for networking and business development.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications would be advantageous.
- Current Drivers’ license.
- Full Australian working rights.
