Accario Pty Ltd, a leading provider of quality outsourced financial and accounting services, is looking for a full-time ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our team

We are an Australian owned and operated company that has over 15 years’ experience delivering Accounting, Bookkeeping, CFO and Consulting Services for companies around the World and we are looking for a qualified CPA who will be responsible in managing our local clients and liaising with our global teams.

**As an ACCOUNT MANAGER, you will;**
- Manage the Accounting process for clients, ensuring deadlines are met with quality and accuracy
- Work with our global teams on client files
- Ensure accurate and efficient management of WIP and Technology Enablement
- Review and analyse financial statements and tax returns
- Work closely and effectively with multiple levels of management including global teams
- Provide advice and liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention
- 5-6 years of experience in Finance and Accounting
- Excellent financial judgement and business acumen
- A detailed understanding of Accounting policies, procedures and standards
- Demonstrated experience in the preparation, analysis and reporting of financial figures
- Experience in a Knowledge Process Outsourcing environment would be advantageous
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong initiative, leadership and people management skills
- Excellent time management and presentation
- Team player and self-motivated
- Kind and thoughtful
- Located in Melbourne and should be willing to work on a hybrid setup
