As the Claims Team Leader, you will ensure our travellers are supported throughout their claims experience by managing the day-to-day operation of the Claims Team, providing advice to the team on claims management, policy guidelines and quality.

Developing the skills of each individual in the team, they lead the team to achieve superior results, continually reviewing processes, implementing improvements to ensure best practice is achieved and support the broader Claims Team with enquiries, expertise and overall claims knowledge.

In this role you will have 10 direct reports, so highly developed human relationship skill in areas of leadership, team building, negotiation, communication and conflict resolution will set you up well for success.

Furthermore we’re looking for:- Good Microsoft and Saleforce skills- Lateral thinker, able to focus “outside the square” in order to identify opportunities for improvement- Ability to challenge the status quo and clearly voice solutions to issues- Experience in writing procedures and reports
