**WE ARE RECRUITING**:
**SPECIALIST SUPPORT COORDINATOR**

Work closely with the Clinical Lead and Practice Manager to provide recovery-centered program and interventions for clients.

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Provide mental health counselling to individuals, groups or families
- Conducting initial assessments of client’s situation to determine needs and goals
- Address referrals from providers including self-referral and telephone enquiries
- Maintain daily scheduled appointments in the Penelope CRM software
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

**About you**:

- Bachelor or master’s in Social Work, Psychology or relevant field (required)
- Must have experience as a Support Coordinator
- Driver's License
- National Police Check
- NDIS Screening check
