**ABOUT COABILITY**

CoAbility is a leading independent NDIS Support Coordination provider across Victoria, with a proven successful remote workforce model, with our recent growth in South Australia we are looking for new Independent Contractors to join our team. Our team of passionate Support and Specialist Support Coordinators deliver person-centred support and outcomes that make an invaluable impact on the lives of the people we serve.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are seeking an experienced and self motivated individual to provide responsive support services to participants in line with relevant NDIS support plans and legislation. This role is designed to empower individuals to identify their goals and promote choice and control.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Deliver person-centred, timely support coordination services consistent with the goals and aspirations of the participants’ NDIS plan
- Support participants by delivering quality services
- Provide an exceptional customer experience by ensuring service delivery needs and wants are being met

**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**
- Previous experience as a Support Coordinator
- Demonstrated understanding of how best to access and maintain services for participants
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Dedicated commitment to supporting and improving outcomes for individuals

To be eligible for this position you will need to have a registered ABN and appropriate insurance.

Successful applicants will be required to provide the satisfactory completion of an NDIS Worker Screening Check, a current Working With Children Check (Employee) and Covid-19 vaccination compliance.
