The Role
Responsible for driving specification and promoting Milliken Products and Services to key accounts predominately within the Architectural and Design community within Metro Melbourne.
The Successful Applicant Will Have A proven sales track record in driving revenue, pipeline management and meeting sales targets (5+ years)
Strong understanding of End to End sales process within the A&D and Trade channels Demonstrated experience in identifying new business opportunities, and growing and maintaining long term business relationships, with a result orientated focus Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with the wider organisation Outstanding communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail across product, technical and design information
Ability to deliver successful presentations tailored to customers’ needs Excellent project and time management skills
A strong work ethic and be self-motivated
A desire to work in one of the world’s most ethical and sustainable companies
Responsibilities Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to grow revenue and profitability Responsible for achieving an individual sales target and actively contribute to achieve overall team targets Pro-actively generate project opportunities in line with pipeline specification targets Required to understand design documentation while providing solution-based selling with product and technical information Maintain and develop strong relationships with key accounts at all levels Effectively network within the A&D channel to promote your own brand as well as the Milliken brand
