**About the client**:
**Customer Service Representative** for an immediate start based out of our client’s location in the Port of Brisbane. This a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right person.

**Key points of interest of the role include**:

- First point of contact for customers and coordinate all activities relating to management of customers
- Ensure prompt and accurate communication between company and customers
- Process and coordinate client orders with warehouse and transport teams to meet daily requirements
- Understand Service Level Agreements / rate structures
- Ensure weekly pending charges are reviewed, changes are corrected and reports sent back to billing
- Make sure all stock is accounted for prior to customer stocktakes
- Ensure all orders are picked and delivered on time by using available management tools
- Ensure stock receipts and movements are entered into the warehouse management system
- Ensure all documentation is completed correctly
- Some administrative duties as directed by the Site Manager and/or Customer Service Team Leader/Manager
- Any other tasks as required or directed within experience and skill set
- Temporary to permanent for the right person
- $30.59 per hour + super
- Port of Brisbane
- Monday - Friday 38 hours a week, 6am starts initially
- Immediate start

**Key requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is necessary
- A current forklift licence is beneficial
- Certificate IV Warehouse and Logistics is desirable
- Previous experience in a leadership role is beneficial
- Good ability to use Microsoft Office or similar software
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision if required
- Ability to problem solve to meet customer needs
