Your Responsibilities

**As a Technical Support Specialist at Kommand, you will**:

- Provide top-notch phone, virtual, and cloud support to our valued customers.
- Expertly troubleshoot, offer technical support, and deliver customer training.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Offer remote support, assist with data conversions, and technical guidance.
- Exhibit a diligent can-do attitude with keen attention to detail.
- Collaborate across various roles and go the extra mile to assist colleagues.
- Demonstrate leadership with a driven and persistent attitude.
- Uphold our professional, honest, and values-driven culture.

**Requirements**:
**To excel in this role, you should have**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related industry role.
- The ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated, and driven to succeed.
- High energy levels that reflect determination and enthusiasm.
- A collaborative approach to all aspects of the business.
- Strong PR and time management skills, along with a solid grasp of IT systems like Microsoft 365.
- Experience with various brands of Machine Control/GPS Equipment.
- Operator or Surveyor experience, especially with Machine Control.
- Exposure to installing or operating Machine Control Systems.
- Diagnostic and fault-finding knowledge.
- Familiarity with working around vehicles and heavy earthmoving equipment.
