An outstanding opportunity has arisen within our Office Buildings team to undertake the full-time role of **Office Buildings Portfolio Property Manager **reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Financial Management - accountability for each asset in the portfolio against agreed KPIs.
- Leasing - working with the COO, CFO and GM Retail to deliver against leasing KPIs.
- Property Management - responsible for high standard day-to-day property management of the portfolio.
- Annual FY budget preparation, Quarterly review and reforecasting and Review and update of Strategic Asset Plans.
- Joint Venture Management - work with the Brookfield team to deliver property management services at the Bishops See assets.
- Systems - working with the Assistant Property Manager, maintain up to date data and records in Hawaiian’s operating systems to ensure 100% accuracy across the portfolio.
- Lease Administration - working with the Assistant Property Manager, undertake lease administration functions in prompt, proper and efficient manner.
- Team - effectively manage and lead the team.
- Compliance - working with the Office Building team, meet all legislative and Hawaiian requirements (e.g. OH&S, EEO, Rehabilitation, Environmental) and mitigate all legal, operational and safety risks in a proactive manner.

**Qualifications, Skills and Attributes**:

- Current and up to date DMIRS Registration
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in A-grade commercial property.
- Related experience in Financial Accounting particularly systems and reporting processes
- Demonstrated initiative with the ability to exercise judgment and resolve issues independently.
- Well-developed planning and organisational skills including the ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple deadlines whilst delivering accurate and quality work.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities, the need for improvement and implement change
