On the corner of St. Georges Terrace and Barrack Street in the heart of the CBD, stands the State Buildings. This collection of iconic heritage buildings have been transformed and revitalized to offer the people of Perth a vibrant hospitality venue.

The hospitality precinct has become one of the city’s favourite meeting places presenting a variety of award winning food and beverage offerings that includes; Petition, Beer Corner, Wine Merchant, Long Chim, Wildflower, POST and COMO The Treasury.

**Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Duty Manager to join the management team at State Buildings in the heart of Perth’s CBD. There are positions available across our venues, including Petition, Wildflower and Long Chim.

**Duties**

This is a bustling vibrant high volume venue therefore our ideal applicant will bring something exceptional to our team. You will be an industry expert and responsible for;
- Storing and serving of food and beverage
- Monitoring & reporting on revenue & cash flow
- Understanding of food and beverage flavour profiles, ingredients and servicing process
- Strong understanding of time management
- Ensuring a safe and secure environment for patrons & team members
- Recruiting, inducting and training a professional team while driving a positive culture
- Providing an individualized & memorable a customer experience
- Team management and supervision

There are four fulltime positions available across the buildings offering a salary of $70,697 PA

Pay: From $70,697.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- PERTH, WA 6000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
