The Agile Portfolio Manager will play a lead role in the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) which is responsible for the successful development and implementation of Vix’ Strategic Portfolio, delivering the Pulse and Whisper product development programs alongside successful execution of Customer implementation Programmes globally.

The Vix Pace Delivery Model, a key component of our Predictable Delivery Initiative, leverages Agile methods to enable greater visibility, insights and collaboration in our delivery approach to enable better decisions and predictable outcomes delivering customer value across the Strategic Portfolio.

The Agile Portfolio Manager will be responsible for embedding the Vix Pace Delivery Model across the portfolio, transforming how we work and ensuring collaboration and effective communication to ensure we deliver on our portfolio objectives.

The role will work closely with customer project delivery teams, product management, engineering and architecture teams to ensure a robust, predictable delivery centred on a regular cadence of Pace Delivery Model ceremonies, including leading regular portfolio view stand-ups across the globally dispersed teams.

The role reports to the Head of Project Delivery and will be based in our Perth office.

**The Agile Portfolio Manager will be responsible for**:

- Embedding the Pace Delivery Model across the strategic portfolio.
- Continuing to refine and improve the Pace Delivery Model based on regularly canvasing feedback from portfolio stakeholders.
- Leading all ceremonies associated with the Pace Delivery Model.
- Defining, visualising, tracking and reporting performance metrics associated with the Pace Delivery Model.
- Creating reusable playbooks, centred on the Pace Delivery Model, to support product, project and solution scalability to deliver multiple concurrent portfolio projects.
- Stakeholder Management and global communication of progress through effective reports and dashboards.
- Supporting the refinement and further implementation of the PMO governance and reporting framework as part of the wider PMO team initiatives.

**What you'll bring to the role**:

- Proven track record of delivering customer outcomes in a complex technology environment, preferable in a global organisation with long running programmes of work.
- Excellent communication skills in a diverse, multicultural and geographically dispersed environment with proven ability to cut through management layers to make an impact.
- Experience of implementing critical changes at the heart of business operations, ensuring buy-in from critical stakeholders and delivering sustained benefits.
- Experienced and trained in Agile Delivery methods.
