An outstanding opportunity has arisen within our Marketing team to undertake the newly created role of **Portfolio Marketing Manager** on a full-time 12 month contract, with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
We are seeking a **Portfolio Marketing Manager** who will report to the General Manager, Marketing and will assist in the development of strategy and manage the operational marketing functions of the Hawaiian Suburban Shopping Centre portfolio, to achieve optimal results in visitation, sales and trade area penetration and to be a Hawaiian brand champion across all suburban assets.
**Essential Duties**:

- Essential duties will include, but are not limited to, the following: _
- Lead the Suburban Marketing team to create and deliver the annual marketing plan to deliver portfolio and individual asset sales and visitation objectives, so as to achieve key results
- Support and assist the Partnership & Events Manager to execute partnership initiatives across the Suburban portfolio, and champion local engagement strategies
- Work with the Customer Insights Analyst to facilitate monthly customer insights meetings to review sales, traffic, and customer insights and optimise marketing and growth initiatives
- Work collaboratively with the Shopping Centre Portfolio Manager and Leasing Manager, Suburban Shopping Centres to develop and execute initiatives for the optimal portfolio performance
- Develop a portfolio wide marketing plan and support the Marketing Executives to produce an annual marketing plan for each suburban asset to achieve key results with focus on local community engagement
- Champion innovation projects and research new opportunities aligned to global retail trends suitable for Hawaiian neighborhood shopping centres
- Work with the Project, Property and Leasing teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned to, or created to support project, property and leasing timelines
- Report quarterly on Strategic Asset Plans, and progress against objectives and key results.

**Qualification Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Property (or similar field of study)
- Proven experience in a generalist Marketing role
- An understanding of the property industry, with prior shopping centre experience would be advantageous
- Valid West Australian Drivers License and own roadworthy vehicle.
