**The Opportunity**
Chandler Macleod is looking to engage a Change Coordinator for a contract term of 6 months with a well-established NSW Government department. This role will be based in the Sydney CBD with flexible working arrangements offering 3 days in the office per week.

**Job Specification**
In this position, you will be required to perform but are not limited to the following tasks:
In conjunction with the Project Managers, monitor the overall quality, risks, issues and benefits in Smartsheet for individual programs against the project plans and project related activities, identifying any dependencies and/or issues in the relevant register.
- Co-ordinate the delivery of equipment and services required to complete electorate office upgrades, including the administration of travel, accommodation, freight services and the completion of accurate site installation documentation.
- Implement, monitor and update communications plans across all projects, providing regular updates on project progress and informing Members and staff of key equipment delivery and upgrade schedules.
- Assist Project Managers in the drafting of project proposals, tender documents, budgets and cash, maintain information required to provide regular updates and briefing including budgetary data, task completion status, project schedules, benefits registers, risks and issues.
- Co-ordinate the delivery of training and information session requirements for Parliament and Electorate Office staff.
- Coordinate user acceptance and pilot testing requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of change management artefacts and procedures.
- Assist with all aspects of procurement and the tender evaluation process. Provision of administrative assistance to the tender evaluation process will include the minuting of meetings, preparation of assessment score sheets and contributing to the completion of tender evaluation reports.
- Providing administration support to Project Managers as required including liaising with stakeholders, taking minutes and actions in meetings, setting up calendar invites and coordinating any demonstrations or workshop sessions including assisting with review of project costs, raising purchase orders and contributing to month-end reporting.

**About You**
To be successful in this position, you will need to have experience in the following:

- Demonstrated ability to take direction and work as part of a project team and to meet deadlines in a high volume work environment
- Experience coordinating and scheduling projects, support activities and resources in a corporate IT environment with little supervision
- Demonstrated knowledge of concepts, issues and best practice relating to IT governance, including change management, risk management and information security.
- Ability to translate often complex technical information into easy to understand copy for a range of audiences and technical abilities
- Demonstrated experience in undertaking procurement, records management and asset management activities
