Working as part of a team, central to the roles purpose is supporting the change process from start to finish, including planning, coordination, analysing change impact(s), identifying the change audience, reviewing training suitability and making change delivery recommendations.

The Change Coordinator role will support ongoing network and transformational change. Core responsibilities for the role will include conduct change impact assessment on our retail customers, identifying the change audience, reviewing training requirements and suitability, making change delivery recommendations, collate and document business requirements. You will also plan and arrange stakeholder collaboration meetings and workshops, coordinate the management of change request pipeline and report on change request timing, status and outcome. Looking for someone who posses relevant skills in at ITIL, Agile, PMP and Six Sigma. A Financial services or change related background would be ideal but is not essential.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- The Change Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and assess the extent of change and its impact on WPB Channels people, policies, product, processes, systems and IT changes.
- Understanding the activities needed to implement change and prioritise delivery based on business outcomes and benefits
- Minimizing disruption by planning and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Improving customer experience is a direct outcome of well-coordinated change implementation.
- The role will have a positive impact on ensuring compliance standards are maintained and aligned to current and future regulatory and legal standards.
- Working with multiple internal stakeholders and the broader transformation team, the role will ensure the business runs efficiently and realizes the benefits of improved ways of working to help reduce costs and help our customers and teams.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Relevant financial service and / or change related experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in relevant field such as IT, computer science, business studies, economics or finance
- Relevant industry qualifications for example ITIL, Agile, PMP and Six Sigma.
- Strong retail banking technical skills including knowledge of software development lifecycles, testing methodologies, database management and project management tools.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to be able to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Interpersonal / soft skills are crucial to the success of the Change Coordinator role.
- Good understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
