NSW Government Agency is looking for an Organisational Change Analyst with experience in Government or further education sector to join their team

You will be responsible for implementing change initiatives, coordinating diverse program components, and identifying change risks. You will also contribute to operational readiness and assist in the development of training materials to foster change adoption while continually offering insights for process refinement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively in the development of change strategies aligned with designated work unit goals.
- Support the execution of change initiatives and assist in coordinating various program components.
- Identify potential change-related risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Contribute to ensuring operational systems and processes are prepared for change.
- Assist in developing training materials and programs to upskill staff for change adoption.
- Engage and build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating discussion to address concerns and gather feedback, ensuring alignment with work area goals.
- Manage work area reporting and compliance ensuring accurate information on university systems and adherence to work area requirements.
- Contribute to the development of preliminary budgets and ensure that expenditures align with approved financial plans for the work area.
- Coordinate and manage risk assessment activities within the work area, prioritising workplace health and safety and ensuring consistent alignment with university guidelines and best practices.

**About you**:

- Tertiary level qualifications in business/change management or related discipline or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
- Proven experience in Government or Further Education sector (desirable)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
