The Change Analyst role will support the Change, Training and Communications leads to deliver change, communication and training activities for the program.
Key focus areas include implementing change, contributing to or developing change documentation, stakeholder and communication management plans, developing training materials, facilitating workshops, stakeholder engagement, business change management and training activities.
This role requires an individual that is willing to hit the ground running, and work with flexibility, ambiguity, and be adaptable to regular changing priorities. This resource will be hands on and require experience working closely with multiple teams simultaneously on multiple initiatives and projects.

**MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Support the EMP OCM Lead to manage and coordinate the change program
- Support the design and development of training and communication artefacts
- Assist with stakeholder engagements
- Manage and coordinate the change champion network
- Provide input to and assist with the coordination of the delivery of training
- Support change risk activities
- Support business relationship owners in managing stakeholders

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- 6+ years’ experience in Organisational Change Management and Training including relevant experience on large scale projects - covering such areas as:

- Change, Communications and Stakeholder Management
- Training
- Business readiness
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change with proven experience in delivering behavioural change
- Experience in using a variety of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Experience in the development of training materials for example QRGs and online learning
- Experience in facilitating change management approaches and tactics with different business units, specifically IT business units
- Strong communication, listening and influencing skills
- Flexible and adaptable and willing to work in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience working within in Government sector, and ability to build strong working relationships with clients and TfNSW partners
- Qualifications in Change (preferred)
- Advanced MS Project skills and experience using enterprise social networks and collaboration platforms (preferred)
- Have high energy, be a “doer” that can translate ideas into plans and artefacts that are relatable (preferred)
