**ABOUT THE ROLE ** 

As the Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily venue operations to maintain high standards of service and ensure overall guest satisfaction. Your role will encompass everything from opening and closing duties to team training and development, as well as coordinating the seamless flow of food and beverage operations in collaboration with the kitchen team. With a hands-on approach and a genuine passion for hospitality, you'll lead a dynamic team dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

**ABOUT YOU**   
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in both restaurants and bars.
- Strong leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
- Punctual, reliable, trustworthy, self-driven and a quick problem solver  
- Previous experience working with Gaming rooms
- Available to work across a rotating roster including weekends and occasional late-night closes.    
- Full unrestricted Australian work rights
- You have a current RSA and RCG  

 

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
