**ABOUT THE ROLE **

Working alongside an energetic team, as the Front Office Supervisor you’re the vibrant and energetic “face” of the venue. Responsible for the first and last impressions of our guests, two days are never the same in this role as you assist to oversee reception, reservations and housekeeping activities, ensuring our guests have a memorable stay.

**ABOUT YOU** 
- Demonstrated experience working in a hotel front office, including reservations is ideal. 
- Guest service is in your DNA, you easily connect with a variety of people and revel in creating memorable stays. 
- Excellent communication, administration skills, you enjoy multi-tasking. 
- Well organized, with impeccable attention to detail
- Flexible availability across a 7-day roster.
- You have full unrestricted Australian work rights

Pay: $72,500.00 - $75,000.00 per year
