THE OPPORTUNITY

An exciting opportunity exists for a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our firm. The successful candidate will spend the first three months at our Cleveland office to become familiar with our administrative procedures and office processes. After this initial period, the paralegal may elect to continue their role at either our Cleveland, Brisbane, or Southport office.

You will manage conveyancing files from start to finish, with exposure to both residential and commercial property transactions. GM Lawyers embraces modern legal practice. We continually evaluate our systems and technology to ensure efficient service delivery and to support the ongoing development of our people and our firm.

THE CANDIDATE

We are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal with:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

• Ability to manage conveyancing files from beginning to end

• Residential and/or commercial conveyancing experience

• Experience using Actionstep software (preferred but not essential)

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills

• Australian work authorisation at the time of application
