Bayside Digital is a boutique business based in the Bayside of Brisbane that offers high-quality services to our clients. We are currently seeking a Sales Management Consultant to join our team to help us achieve our growth goals.

**Job Description**:
As our Sales Management Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies that drive growth and increase revenue for the company. You will work closely with our team to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that drive growth and increase revenue for the company
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
- Work with our team to create and execute sales plans to meet or exceed targets
- Provide training and coaching to our sales team to help them achieve their targets
- Analyse market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform sales strategies
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Management Consultant or similar role
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Experience working with small businesses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
