We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and drive our marketing strategies to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize our website and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress).
- Utilize digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, SimilarWeb) to monitor and report on marketing performance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and manage paid digital ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Manage and improve business processes using tools like Signavio and MySQL.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, business development, and account management.
- Strong knowledge of digital analytics tools, SEO, SEM, and social media management.
- Experience with website development and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress).
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and business process improvement skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and public speaking skills.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in managing a team and achieving significant business growth.
- Strong track record in achieving digital marketing and e-commerce goals.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing accounts teams.
- Experience in creating and implementing digital media strategies.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva for content development.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Experience in the electrical safety industry or a related field is a plus.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
