
Accounts Administrator

Following a period of change, we have an exciting and newly created vacancy for an Accounts Administrator. The role is based in Altona.
Responsibilities Include:
- Accurate and timely data entry of customer invoices
- Accurate and timely data entry of customer payments
- Answering accounts receivable queries and follow up and resolve outstanding issues
- Chasing overdue debtors
- Accurate and timely reconciliation of bank accounts
- Full ownership of petty cash including reconciliation
- Filing
- Other duties include: Amenities, Daily mail, EFTPOS machine settlement and banking
- Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounts administration role
- Experience using MYOB for payroll.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience using Priority ERP system would be advantageous but not essential.
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be advantageous but not essential.
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Altona, VIC 3018: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Australia (required)
