
Accounts/Admin Assistant

The position's responsibilities include assisting or completing :
- Accounts payable and receivable;
- Assisting with Fortnightly payroll
- High quality administrative support;
- Database management;
- Answering incoming calls and emails;
- Receiving and distributing mail and product orders;
- Invoice administration;
- Ability to always maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
Desired skills and experience:
- Proficiency in accounting software with a high degree of accuracy
- Exceptional administration skills, with a high degree of accuracy;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office

- Experience building and managing relationships with internal and external clients;
