**The Position**
This position is responsible for providing first class welcoming to staff, suppliers, and guests to Miele Head Office. The individual will create a positive, exceptional customer service orientated experience that begins with the first contact to the office. The role also provides support & administration service to Miele employees and suppliers.
- This is a permanent on-site position, with flexibility on hours ranging from full time to during school hours, or job share._

**Responsibilities**
- Provide concierge services for all guests / visitors to Miele Head Office, warmly welcoming all staff and visitors, setting the tone for the experience into our new head office.
- Proactively finding opportunities to ensure that anyone visits our head office has a first-class experience.
- Dedication to providing the highest standards of hospitality and customer service
- Provide support for employees for any element regarding Head Office - Parking, Gym access etc
- Incoming and outgoing mail distribution and management
- Assist with sustainability reporting and initiatives
- Ad-hoc administration: flower drops, SharePoint updates, Miele business cards
- An active member of the HSR/warden team for Head Office

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous experience in a reception/concierge role
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for delivering an above and beyond experience
- High level attention to detail
- Maintains a professional personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
- Great computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Fire warden training preferred
