We are currently looking for experienced Events Supervisors to join our team at Eclat.

**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented and experienced Event Supervisor to join our team of devoted event specialists.

Reporting directly into our Head of Sales & Events, you will be responsible for the coordination and successful execution of a range of events from conferences and boardrooms to dinners and cocktail parties within one of our many spaces.

This role will also support Tommy Collins Catering with the supervision of off-site events when required.

**About You**

You will have a passion for hospitality and be committed to delivering exceptional events. In addition to having 2 years minimum event catering experience, you will have:

- A real passion for hospitality
- Self-motivation and proactivity
- Current RSA
- Ability to carry 3 plates
- Basic wine knowledge
- Great communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Be available to work across weekdays and weekends
- Exceptional personal presentation

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hawthorn East V, IC 3123: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
- Events Supervisory: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
