**About the role**:
We're seeking a dedicated professional who is experienced in making evidence-based decisions and recommendations, in addition to being a highly effective communicator with the ability to explain complex technical advice to varying levels of staff.

As the Payroll Services Manager, you will also drive continuous improvement of our payroll processes, providing contemporary insights and leading payroll initiatives across relevant workforce and system projects. You will be instrumental in refining the framework for managing payroll at Parks Victoria, ensuring optimal operations and compliance.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- Extensive experience in managing and leading high performing payroll, payroll services teams
- Experience in strong leadership and management skills including the ability to develop and monitor complex work programs
- Any experience working in a Public Sector environment would be desirable but not required
