**Who are we?**

PRONIA, meaning “to provide”, is an established community services agency with a rich 50-year history servicing the needs of the culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, including the Australian-Greek community. We advocate for the vulnerable and provide innovative services to meet current and emerging multicultural community needs including: aged care, NDIS, early education, and family & community programs.

**What you will be doing**

We are looking for a Social Media and Digital Marketing Officer who will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of PRONIA’s social media and digital marketing strategies; and delivery of campaigns that targets community access and fundraising.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver social media content and maintain a presence across multiple social media platforms and all digital channels.
- Plan and implement a content marketing strategy that increases PRONIA’s brand awareness to our target market.
- Review effectiveness of marketing campaigns and content marketing strategy through data analysis, identifying trends and creative growth strategies.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to help develop marketing campaigns that are suitable for each platform used.
- Use of visual media skills (photography, videography, graphic design) in content creation.
- Work closely within the marketing team in delivering PRONIA’s fundraising events and initiatives

**What we offer**
- Full time employment at our Brunswick Office
- Hybrid WFH model
- **Salary range of $65,000-$72,000, plus super**:

- **Salary packaging of up to $18,500**.
- All day parking available within walking distance, and close to public transport.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing
- Greek language skills
- Experience or qualifications in digital marketing desirable
- High level written communication skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including MS Office and database management.
- Marketing analytics experience

**Other requirements**
- Current driver license and access to own vehicle.
- Undergo national police record check
- Own IT infrastructure at home to enable work from home capabilities during periods of lockdown or where directed by the business.
- Note: In accordance with PRONIA policy, Applicants must have a minimum 2 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine, or have a valid medical exemption certificate._
