My client, a leading multinational banking and Financial Services organisation are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join the business and become an integral part within the Digital Team within Australia and New Zealand.

As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be work collaboratively across multiple teams including Brand, Sales, Product, and with external agencies. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the digital marketing campaigns including content creation, campaign implementation, reporting and analysis, stakeholder management (internal and external) and budget optimisation,

Previous experience in the Financial Services Sector would be highly regarded

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage social media campaigns multiple channels
- Oversee digital marketing budget performance and optimise spend
- Strategically plan marketing content for lead generation
- Liaise and collaborate with internal teams, including Brand, Sales and Product
- Understanding website development & maintenance via agency support
- External stakeholder management throughout all digital marketing campaigns
- Execute website updates via content management systems - Sitecore and Cascading Style Sheets
- Analyse and report on each campaign return on investment (ROI)through social media analytics
- Create content with the support of external agencies
- Design and create marketing collateral as required

**Key Systems experience**:

- mail chimp/vision6
- CRM - MS Dynamics 365
- Google analytics
- Sitecore
- Cascading style sheets
- HTML

**What will make you successful?**
- 2-3 years' experience in a digital marketing focused role
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field (Digital Marketing, E-Commerce)
- Previous experience in Banking/Financial Services Sector (Desired)
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets
- Advanced MS Suite
- Excellent Digital Marketing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and an ability to negotiate and influence key business stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of web analytic software that tracks the success of a site.
- Experience with social media campaigns.
- Highly experienced with digital marketing tools
