**We’re looking for a marketing star to join our team** If you're friendly, proactive, and passionate about marketing, this is your chance At Royal Nut Company, we have a small, fun, and relaxed team, and we’re looking for someone with a positive attitude, great multitasking skills, and a love for learning about nuts and healthy foods. **About Royal Nut Company** We’re a family-owned business with 38 years of experience providing products like nuts, nut spreads, dried fruits, and more, across Australia and internationally. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement marketing strategies and create content (e.g., EDMs, social media posts, and displays). - Execute digital marketing campaigns, create product content, and promote across channels. - Manage, curate, and publish content (images, videos, text). - Analyze campaign and social media performance data. - Maintain and update the company's e-commerce website and copy (product descriptions, site content). - Respond to digital inquiries and engage on social media and Google. - Conduct market analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. - Assist in planning and executing communication strategies across print, web, and social media. - Develop POS materials, sales collateral, and artwork, collaborating with the marketing and sales team. - Manage and adhere to the marketing budget. **What we’re looking for** - Tertiary qualification in marketing or related business discipline. - Minimum 2 years' experience in brand, campaign, or digital marketing, preferably in food or FMCG. - Strong understanding of reporting, metrics, and analytics across brands, websites (WordPress CMS), social media, and EDMs. - Proven success in executing end-to-end marketing campaigns. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage KPIs and track progress effectively. - Experience in managing key stakeholders and building relationships. - Strong budget management skills. - Passion for food and time management expertise - Collaborative team player with leadership ability for content creation, editing, and online reputation management. - Working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics; expertise in "Search and Social" strategies. - Skilled in customer service, conflict resolution, and maintaining positive relationships. - Confident across all digital channels and social media platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest). **Benefits** - Casual position - Employee discounts - Employee parking - Friendly work environment - New office, conveniently located in Brunswick - Opportunity to learn about high-quality products like nuts and healthy foods We look forward to hearing from you and having you join our team **Job Type**: Casual Pay: $23.97 - $39.08 per hour Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: In person
